Keeping every stage of production under one roof allows us to maintain complete control over craftsmanship, precision, and quality, delivering cabinetry built to the highest standards.
Your journey begins with a private consultation at our Hicksville showroom and manufacturing facility. During this meeting, we discuss your vision, review your architectural plans or room dimensions, and provide a detailed, itemized estimate based on the cabinetry required for your space.
Following your initial consultation, our in-house design and engineering team begins developing multiple layout options tailored to your home. Working from architectural plans for new construction or detailed field measurements for renovations, we carefully refine the layout, appliance placement, and overall functionality until the layout is exactly right.
Once the layout has been approved, we prepare detailed plumbing, electrical, and appliance plans to ensure every trade is working from the same precise information. This planning stage helps eliminate surprises during construction and keeps the project moving efficiently.
After drywall has been installed, our team returns to take final field measurements to the last millimeter. You will then meet with our designers to finalize every detail of your cabinetry, including wood species, finishes, interior accessories, drawer configurations, storage solutions, and every custom feature that makes your project uniquely yours.
Once every detail has been approved, your cabinetry is precision-engineered and manufactured in our Hicksville, New York, facility using advanced CNC technology, premium materials, and meticulous craftsmanship. Approximately four weeks later, you'll be invited back to our factory to experience your completed project fully assembled exactly as it will appear in your home, allowing every detail to be reviewed before delivery.
After your factory review and final approval, delivery is scheduled, and our professional installation team carefully installs your cabinetry with the same precision and attention to detail used throughout manufacturing, ensuring a seamless transition from our facility to your home.
