Refund policy

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our online store and does not apply to custom cabinetry, millwork, or design services.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and limited production quantities, all e-commerce purchases are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason other than approved damage or defect claims

We encourage all clients to review product details carefully prior to purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email info@cambridgekitchens.com with your order number and clear photos of:
    • The item
    • The packaging

Once reviewed, Cambridge Kitchens Mfg. will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

3. Shipping Responsibility

  • Cambridge Kitchens Mfg. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Claims for lost shipments must be submitted to the carrier directly

4. Natural Material Disclaimer

Many of our products are crafted from natural materials. Variations in:

  • Wood grain
  • Color tone
  • Texture

are inherent and are not considered defects.

5. Order Accuracy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all:

  • Shipping information
  • Product selections

are correct at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.
